Daily rate increase for Superior Suites
From the 1st January 2022, all our rates for our Superior Suites will be increasing. This is our first price increase since we opened in 2018. Any confirmed bookings* made before this date, for 2022 onwards, will be honoured at the current rate.

Q. Why have you had to increase your rates?
All of our supplier costs have increased, especially in the last year (2021). As a result, we have had to increase our daily rates to cover these inflated costs.
Outstanding booking balance
From the 1st January 2022, the outstanding booking balance must be paid 14 days prior to your cats arrival date. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer. Bank details can be found on your invoice.
Opening Hours
From the 1st January 2022, we will be more stricter with our opening hours for check in, check outs and viewing appointments. Appointments are allocated on a first come first served basis. We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours. If you call outside our opening hours, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
