COVID-19 Update

Protect Yourselves, Protect Others

In response to the latest Government press conference amid the emergence of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, we have made the decision to temporarily put the following measures in place to minimise risk of contracting or spreading the virus. These measures will take place with immediate effect.

  • All check-in and check-out appointments will not be allowed in our facilities to prevent contamination. You will be required to drop and collect your cat(s) and belongings from the side gate where we will be waiting for you at a distance. Masks must be worn unless you are exempt due to medical conditions. Please see our check in and check out procedures below.

  • If you are showing symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 and you cannot make alternative collection arrangements, we can arrange to drop your cat and belongings off to your doorstep. * Charges will apply.

  • No viewings allowed. Please check out our video, pictures and reviews which can be found across our website, Facebook page and Instagram page. Please do not hesitate in contacting us with any questions or concerns.

What is the procedure for check ins?

Prior to check in, we will contact you confirming appointment times and clarifying any other information if needed.

At your allocated check in appointment time, please pull up onto the driveway and text us when you have arrived. We will meet you at the side gate at a distance, face masks must be worn.

What is the procedure for check outs?

At your allocated check out appointment time, please pull up onto the driveway and text us when you have arrived. We ask that you wait in your car until we have brought your cats and their belongings to the side gate. When the gate is open we will be waiting for you at a distance for you to collect your cats and their belongings. Face masks must be worn.

FAQs

I am returning from a holiday abroad and I have to self isolate until I receive a negative Day 2 PCR test. Can I still collect my cats? Yes, you can collect your cat following our strict contactless collection measures.

I am due to collect my cats but I have tested positive for COVID-19. What do I do? If you are showing symptoms or you have tested positive for COVID-19 you need to make alternative collection arrangements. We will require contact details of the person who will be collecting on your behalf. We will only be able to check out your cat to this authorised person.
