We are closed on the following days for check-ins, check-outs and viewings on the 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and the 1st January. Please see our 2025/26 Christmas opening hours:

Our rates are the same, however we do charge an additional £20 service charge per suite for the following days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. We have a minimum stay of 7 days for all bookings checking in on 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd December 2025. For our cat guests security, check-ins and check-outs are strictly by appointment only. Appointments are on a first come first served basis, we apologise if we are unable to meet your requested times.

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking, the full charge for the booking will be required if less than 14 days notice is given prior to your cats arrival date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
