Online Booking Portal Guide

Our new online client portal is finally here... which means no more booking forms for existing clients! The online portal will allow you to view existing bookings, make new booking requests and update you and your pets information. All clients when signing up to the portal will be required to sign a digital waiver. Please see help guide for the online portal below.

Create a user log in 

Existing client > Registered 

If you have already registered to our online booking system, please enter your email and password to log in.

 

Existing client > Not registered 

If you are an existing customer and have not registered to our online booking system, please enter the same email address linked to your existing account. This is the same email address we have previously sent booking emails to. Once you have entered your email click ‘next’. You will then be prompted to create a password. Then click ‘Register & Log in’.

New client

If you are a new client please click 'are you a new customer' to create a profile on our system.

Make booking requests

To make a booking request click one of the ‘add booking’ buttons (either from the main menu bar or the button in the top right corner). Service option - always select ‘boarding’. Number pets - enter number of pets you require a suite for and select the pets name(s). Select the check-in and check-out dates you require for your booking request within our opening hours. *Please note if you select a date when we are closed, you will be prompted to select another date.

View bookings

To view your bookings, select the ‘bookings’ option from the main menu. On this screen you can view your bookings and unconfirmed booking requests (provisional).

Upcoming & Unpaid Bookings

View all of your upcoming and unpaid bookings from your own dashboard.

Pet Profiles

View and edit all of your pet's information including feeding instructions, medication information and pet's picture.

03.

Client Profiles

As well as your own personal information, you can provide veterinary information, emergency contact information.

04.

Booking Requests

Make new booking requests. If we do not have availability for your required dates we will add you to our waiting list automatically.
